This thesis-based master's programme prepares students to become specialists in a chosen domain of public communication, such as public relations, social advertising or journalism, through original research. Students complete graduate coursework alongside a supervised thesis and must select a research supervisor by the end of their first enrolment session. The programme is normally completed in two years of full-time study. Most courses are delivered on campus, with some offered at a distance or in hybrid format. Admission is offered for the fall term only. It leads to a Master of Arts in public communication with thesis, preparing graduates for research-oriented or advanced professional careers in communication, media and public affairs.
