Overview
The Master of Architecture (MArch) program addresses questions in architecture, landscape, urbanism, technology, sustainability, and fabrication within a global context. It combines professional and research-oriented coursework with an independent research and design thesis, completed under the supervision of faculty. Students may customize their program of study through options such as a co-op work term, international research travel, or a dedicated studio term in Rome. Admission requires a four-year, honours pre-professional undergraduate architecture degree, or a professional Bachelor of Architecture degree, together with an overall average of at least 75%. The program is delivered on-campus at the university's Cambridge campus, has a nominal length of 24 months to completion, and admits students for the Fall term only, through a single annual intake each year.
