Physics at the University of Windsor is a four-year Honours Bachelor of Science program covering the fundamental forces of nature and their effects on matter and the environment. The curriculum combines core physics theory with hands-on laboratory and research experience, and students can customize their degree through a medical physics stream that applies physics principles and technology to disease diagnosis and treatment, particularly in cancer care. A co-op option and an optional undergraduate thesis are available, and the program can be combined with other subjects through Combined Honours arrangements. Graduates have reported employment rates near 100%, with more than 85% working in their field of study within six months of graduation. The program prepares students for careers or further study in areas such as research, medical physics, engineering physics, and academia.
