Overview

This one-year MBA trains graduates to compete effectively in a dynamic international environment, demonstrating knowledge and practice of business principles relevant to both private and public-sector organisations. Coursework covers marketing management across global markets, corporate accounting paired with financial analysis, making decisions from numbers, economics for business, managing people, leadership paired with how organisations behave, strategically-minded innovation management, and business law, concluding with a capstone project rather than a thesis. Learning outcomes include analysing and interpreting operational data to support effective enterprise decisions, managing physical, human, social and psychological organisational resources for growth and stakeholder satisfaction, developing organisational capability to discover and apply innovative solutions, and selecting digital tools and virtual platforms to strengthen business intelligence and communication. Graduates are described as prepared to manage small or medium enterprises, lead teams within larger companies or public-sector institutions, or take roles such as financial manager, HR manager or management analyst.
