Overview
Tech Law is a specialisation within the master's programme in International and European Law at Vilnius University. The programme develops lawyers and providers of legal services with thorough knowledge of the legal rules at global, regional and European levels that affect the principal fields of national law, and of how such rules are developed, interpreted and applied in practice.
Students build the ability to identify, study and resolve complex problems connected with creating and applying law in international and European contexts. They learn to use what they know innovatively and as a whole in professional work, resolving legal disputes and conflicts that emerge across borders, and they gain a questioning mindset and the capacity for independent research leading to suggestions backed by scientific analysis.
