MSc Applied AI and Data Science

This MSc is designed for graduates with a background in mathematics or computing who want to build skills aligned with current employment opportunities in data science and analytics, roles increasingly recognised as essential across industries. Study centres on machine learning, visual analytics, and data governance, combining theoretical foundations with practical, transferable experience. Students work with industry-relevant languages, packages, and platforms including Python, scikit-learn, Amazon Web Services, Apache Hadoop, and Apache Spark, applying machine learning and visual analytics techniques to a variety of data sources.
