BA/BS in Communication and Information Studies

This bachelor's programme examines how communication works and the role language plays within it, addressing questions such as the future shape of journalism, why certain words trigger particular associations, and how companies use social media to influence purchasing decisions. The Language and Media specialisation looks at how organisations apply new media in interaction with both other businesses and individual consumers, while the Language and Mind specialisation connects linguists' understanding of how languages are learned with the practical experience of language teachers.
