BA/BS in Holocaust and Related Studies

Keene State offers what it describes as the first four-year bachelor's program in the country devoted to this subject. The program looks at genocide in a wider setting than the Holocaust alone. Students analyze current political situations, study conflict resolution and build critical thinking and global awareness. They can get involved with the Cohen Center, one of the oldest holocaust resource centers in the country, and meet internationally known scholars. Spending a term in Poland is encouraged for added perspective. A minor is also available. Keene State is a public liberal arts college in Keene, New Hampshire. The program draws on the resources of the college's holocaust center and attracts students who want to work on human rights, ethics and civic engagement.
