AA/AS in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management

Information Technology at Suffolk County Community College covers the computing skills used to run, support and secure the systems organizations depend on. The major is offered through departments on the Ammerman, Eastern and Michael J. Grant campuses. Each campus has its own department office, with staff available during standard daytime hours. The program page points students to scholarship opportunities in the field, which can help with costs for those who qualify. Students who plan to continue at a four-year institution can review the transfer agreements Suffolk publishes for its majors. Questions about applying are handled by the Central Admissions office, which is open on weekdays during regular business hours, and each program lists a contact person for academic questions. Course listings are available online, so prospective students can compare requirements before choosing a major and speak with an advisor about next steps.
