Overview
The Financial Management (Financial Planning) Associate Certificate has eight courses and is designed to give working professionals and people new to financial planning a solid foundation of skills and knowledge. As part of the associate certificate training, you’ll study key aspects of investment and economics that you can use in your current job, or to help you prepare for a new career in financial planning. Graduates can look for jobs as financial and investment planners and advisors.

The program page does not restate the standardized-test scores that satisfy Category 2; BCIT's general English language proficiency page lists these as IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 86 overall with no section below 20, PTE Academic 60 overall with no skill below 60, Duolingo English Test 120 overall with no subscore below 95, or CAEL 70 overall with no component below 60.
