Master 150GT Domestic Associate Certificate

Admission Requirements: Admission requires a Transport Canada Candidate Document Number (CDN), the credential Transport Canada issues once a candidate has met its own eligibility rules for the Master 150GT Domestic certification; BCIT adds no further academic entrance requirement of its own. For applicants without a marine background, BCIT recommends but does not require English 11 (or equivalent English language proficiency), plus Math 11 and Physics 11. The program page sets no English-proficiency score of its own and instead points to BCIT's institute-wide English Language Proficiency requirements on the general entrance-requirements page. No minimum GPA, portfolio, interview, or other admission condition beyond the valid CDN is stated on either page.
