This Attestation d'etudes collegiales (AEC) programme in project management covers the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, including planning, coordination and monitoring. Across eight courses totalling 420 hours, students learn to plan, track and control projects and timelines, manage quality and human and financial resources, identify and manage risk, organize procurement and documentation, and support communication and final project evaluation, drawing on project-management standards such as PMBOK alongside agile methods. The programme also develops relational and digital competencies for working in complex environments. It is delivered online, part-time, in the evenings (Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30-9:30 p.m., about 6 hours per week) over 21 months. Graduates are prepared for roles such as project management technician, project manager, project coordinator, or project officer. On completion, students receive an AEC credential (LCA.5A).
