Human Sciences – Administration is a pre-university Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) at Collège Laflèche that applies the Human Sciences program to business and management. Students study accounting, marketing, finance, management, human resources, and digital strategy, working through business visits, case studies, and financial simulations rather than a purely theoretical approach. The program is offered in a regular two-year sequence and in extended, Sport Plus Studies, and Art Plus Studies pathways spread over three years, and includes two profiles — with or without a mathematics component — to match different university destinations. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission follows Collège Laflèche's general CEGEP admission conditions, which require a Quebec Diploma of Secondary Studies (DES) or a recognized equivalent, as set out on the college's admission page. The Human Sciences – Administration profile (Sciences humaines, 300.A1) additionally requires a Secondary 5 mathematics prerequisite: Mathematics TS or SN (or the former code 526) for the mathematics-profile pathway, or Mathematics CST (or 416) for the pathway without a mathematics profile. The program states no language-proficiency test requirement and is not subject to a quota (aucun contingentement). Sport-études applicants must additionally be recommended by their sport federation, and Art-études applicants must be recommended following an audition at the Studio de danse Artium or be enrolled at the Conservatoire de musique de Trois-Rivières.
