Overview
General Arts and Science - Diploma Option is a two-year Ontario College Diploma delivered in hybrid format at Conestoga's Kitchener - Doon campus, suited to students who want time to explore academic interests while building strong foundational skills. Admission Requirements: Entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature-student status at 19 years of age or older, plus Grade 12 compulsory English at the C or U level or equivalent, or Conestoga's Preparatory Communications course (COMM1251). The program's own admissions page does not state a language-test score, instead directing applicants to the college's English Language Proficiency Requirement, which for diploma programs sets IELTS Academic 6.0 overall (no band below 5.5), TOEFL iBT 80 (no skill below 20), PTE Academic 53, or Duolingo 110.
