PGCert in eCommerce Management

eCommerce Management is a one-year, two-term Ontario College Graduate Certificate delivered full-time at Conestoga's Kitchener - Doon and online campuses. The program covers current and emerging trends in eCommerce practice across different business models and organizational sizes, examining the range of job types and teams within an eCommerce organization. Students work in teams to develop business proposals, analyze real-world eCommerce scenarios, manage timelines, budgets and projects, and summarize data analysis into action plans, along with pitching ideas and communicating strategic plans to varied audiences. In a capstone course, students take on the role of an eCommerce entrepreneur and build a real-world eCommerce business. The program is intended for those pursuing a new career in eCommerce management or seeking to deepen existing eCommerce skills.
