Management and Leadership Development is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate offered at Conestoga's Kitchener - Doon campus and online. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, degree, or equivalent. Canadian citizens and permanent residents with transcripts from outside Canada require a course-by-course credential evaluation through a provider such as ICAS or WES. Applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must demonstrate English language proficiency per Conestoga's institution-wide requirements for degree and graduate certificate programs (IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 58, or Duolingo 120).
