This is a 30-credit undergraduate certificate in relationship selling at HEC Montreal, delivered on campus at the Cote-des-Neiges and downtown Montreal locations, taught in French, and designed mainly for part-time study though full-time enrolment is possible. Students complete ten courses: seven mandatory courses and two foundation courses covering business development, sales team management, and B2B marketing, plus elective courses that may include customer relationship management (CRM), negotiation, and language courses. The program builds practical selling skills through role-play exercises and meetings with sales practitioners, alongside grounding in relationship selling, sales ethics, and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) topics. Graduates typically pursue roles such as sales representative, sales coordinator, or sales team manager, and the certificate can be combined with another HEC Montreal certificate and a Universite de Montreal program toward a baccalaureat par cumul. It is not eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
