Artificial Intelligence Post Diploma Certificate

The Artificial Intelligence Post Diploma Certificate develops skills to design and build intelligent agents and apply them to practical AI projects. The one-year, two-term program covers machine-learning models, logic constraint satisfaction problems, knowledge-based systems, probabilistic models, and agent decision-making functions, with a focus on interpreted programming and the R programming language alongside the mathematical and statistical foundations of AI. Students apply these concepts through data collection and exploratory analysis, supervised and unsupervised learning, and data science coursework using Python. An optional third term includes an introductory professional integration project. The program is intended for students who already hold a post-secondary diploma in a related field. Graduates are prepared for roles such as Data Mining Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or User Experience (UX) Designer and Developer. The program is offered at Keyano College's Clearwater Campus in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
