Overview
This program […] is part of an Inter-Professional Education system that is quite unique. Getting to hear first-hand from different professionals about what their jobs entail has been a real eye-opening experience. I have learned so much about how these very different occupations are interlinked, in that they must communicate effectively with each other for the betterment of the patient. Without their dedication to working as a team patient outcomes could be compromised.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, with English at the Grade 12 (C) or (U) level and Mathematics at the Grade 11 (C), (U), or (M) level, or their equivalents. The programme page states only that international applicants must supply proof of English proficiency without naming a test, deferring to Niagara College's institution-wide scale for undergraduate certificates and diplomas: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band under 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with a minimum of 20 in Writing and Speaking, Duolingo English Test 105+ with no subscore under 95, PTE Academic 58+ with no skill under 53, or CAEL 60 with no band under 50. A Criminal Record Check less than six months old is recommended at the start of Term 1, a dress code applies for clinical courses, students must arrange their own transportation for placements, and a Windows-based computer meeting the program's specifications is required.

Application Deadline:Niagara College's equal-consideration deadlines apply equally to domestic and international applicants to competitive programs, published for the 2026-2027 cycle: for September 2026 entry the date was 1 February 2026, for January 2027 entry it is 5 June 2026, and for May 2027 entry it is 30 October 2026, each followed roughly three weeks later by a document deadline and an earliest-offer date. All other programs, the majority, are processed first-come, first-served starting each November for both domestic and international applicants, with offers issued until seats fill or the term begins.
