This one-year, 38-week certificate prepares students to build, maintain, and support small business computer networks. Coursework covers PC service fundamentals, cybersecurity essentials, desktop and mobile operating system support, network essentials, business communications, web/mail/database server essentials, field service fundamentals, networking tools and techniques, server technologies, and cloud fundamentals, and now includes EC-Council cybersecurity content. An employment practicum concludes the program. Requirements
Admission Requirements: A minimum of 50% in English 30-1 or 65% in English 30-2 or credit in ENGL 0190, and a minimum of 50% in Math 20-1 or 65% in Math 20-2 or credit in Math 0190. Basic computer skills and access to reliable high-speed internet are also required.
