Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at Red Deer Polytechnic is a four-year, full-time, on-campus degree requiring 120 total credits, including 57 credits in biological sciences and 27 in other sciences. Applicants whose first language is not English must show three years of full-time English-medium schooling completed in Canada, an English-speaking country or a recognised institution, 60% in ELA 30-1/30-2, an approved pathway (ILAC University Pathway Level 3.2/3.3 or ILAC@RDP Academic Preparation at 70%, or Robertson College IAE5 at 70%), or one of: IELTS Academic 6.5 (5.5 per band), TOEFL 83 iBT/557 PBT, PTE 59 (56 per band), Duolingo 115-125, or CAEL 60 (55 per band).
