Aerospace Manufacturing is a five-month certificate program developed collaboratively by Boeing Canada, Bristol Aerospace, and Red River College Polytechnic to prepare students for skilled production roles in aerospace composite manufacturing. The program consists of nine courses, each combining theory-based lectures with practical, project-based workshops, with training weighted approximately 25 percent theory and 75 percent hands-on practice. Admission requires Grade 12 graduation or enrolment in Grade 12, including credits in Grade 12 English and Grade 12 Math, or equivalent standing as a mature student. The program admits students in both September and January, and graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in aerospace composite production, building on the skills developed through the program's hands-on, workshop-based training model.
