Business Administration Professional Management Diploma

The Business Administration Professional Management Diploma is a two-year, on-campus programme at Selkirk College's Castlegar campus that teaches the fundamentals of professional management through planning, organizing, directing and monitoring. Students build competencies in operations management, marketing, financial systems, human resource management and strategic management, with a number of credits applying toward professional designations. Full-time and part-time study is available in the Fall term, with part-time study only offered in the Winter and Spring terms. Students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 to receive their credential. The programme prepares graduates for supervisory and management roles across business sectors and provides a foundation for further study in business administration.
