Hellenic Studies Certificate

Admission Requirements: The certificate's calendar entry publishes no separate admission GPA, standardized language-test score, portfolio or interview requirement beyond a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 (a C average) required across all courses applied to the 19-unit certificate, at least one of which must be upper-division. Entry is otherwise governed by Simon Fraser University's standard undergraduate admission, summarised on the university's admission-requirements page: Canadian high-school applicants need at least five approved Grade 12 courses, including English Studies 12 or equivalent at 70% or better in Language Arts 11/English 12, filed through EducationPlannerBC; international secondary-school applicants are assessed on a first-semester senior-year transcript. No Greek-language proficiency test is required to declare the certificate.
