Overview
The Master of Divinity with a Concentration in Interdisciplinary studies is a 27-course, three-year seminary program at Tyndale University that allows students to draw coursework from eleven different areas of study, including pastoral and biblical studies, Christian education, and spiritual formation. Core requirements include study of the Old and New Testament and Christian history, Greek or Hebrew language coursework, systematic theology, and biblical interpretation, alongside courses such as Gospel, Church and Culture. Admission Requirements: Admission requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, a completed application form with program supplements, and two references. The minimum academic standing required is 67% (C+), or a GPA of 2.3 on a 4.0 scale; meeting the minimum requirement does not guarantee admission. Applicants whose first language is not English, or who have not studied for three years at an English-medium secondary or post-secondary institution, must submit proof of English proficiency: IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 90, TOEFL PBT 570, TOEFL TWE 5.0, or Duolingo English Test 120.
