Post-Diploma in Early Childhood Education Management

The Post-Diploma in Early Childhood Education Management is a part-time, fully online postdiploma program at Université de Saint-Boniface for early childhood educators who already hold a Manitoba EJE II classification. The program totals 22 credits and prepares graduates for administrative and leadership roles in child care settings. Coursework is delivered asynchronously online, allowing students to complete the program alongside work commitments, and concludes with a mandatory 140-hour practicum focused on administrative and leadership responsibilities in a child care centre. Upon completion, graduates are eligible for classification as an educator of young children level III (EJE III) with the Province of Manitoba, qualifying them for supervisory and management positions in early learning and care centres. The program begins each fall term. Tuition is $3,500 CAD for the complete 22-credit certificate, or $445 CAD per 3-credit course. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents residing in Manitoba and must already hold an EJE II classification, in addition to meeting the university's general admission requirements.
