This program leads to a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, a 120-credit, full-time cooperative degree completed over five years at the University of Sherbrooke's main campus, with admission in the fall term. Admission Requirements: Applicants qualify through a DEC in Sciences of Nature (200.B1), Sciences, Letters and Arts (700.A1), the International Baccalaureate (200.Z1), or Sciences Informatique et Mathematique (200.C1); alternatively, any DEC combined with biology, general chemistry, chemistry of solutions, differential calculus, integral calculus, linear algebra and vector geometry, mechanics physics, and electricity and magnetism also qualifies, as does a DEC in technical physics with six specified mathematics and physics courses, or a DEC in industrial electronics, electronics, electronic design, engineering physics (244.A0), ordinal systems, avionics, or computer techniques (420.A0 and related codes). Applicants who completed secondary studies outside the Quebec collegial system must first complete the university's preparatory certificate for first-cycle programs. All candidates must demonstrate a minimum mastery of French, reaching CEFR level C1 (score of at least 500 out of 699) across all four fundamental competencies.
