The MBA pour cadres develops the managerial capabilities of professionals already in, or moving toward, senior leadership roles. It is designed for candidates currently in management positions as well as those who, through personal qualities and prior achievements, show potential for senior management responsibilities in the near term. The program expects candidates to be currently employed, so that concepts learned in coursework can be tested regularly against day-to-day organizational practice. The 45-credit Maîtrise en administration des affaires is offered on a part-time basis for working professionals, with admission each fall term, delivered on campus at the Saguenay campus. All candidates complete an admission interview as part of selection. Except by exceptional authorization from the program's direction, the cohort format restricts enrolment to students able to attend courses delivered in Quebec, and the program is not open to applications from outside the country.

Minimum GPA:3.20 / 4.3
Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a cumulative average of at least 3.2/4.3, together with professional experience judged relevant, and must present a candidacy file; alternatively, candidates with the requisite knowledge, appropriate training, and at least seven years of relevant experience may apply on the same basis. All candidates complete an admission interview. Except by exceptional authorization from the program's direction, the program does not admit students from outside the country.
