This 30-credit undergraduate certificate is designed to increase the professional teaching and intervention competencies of practising educators, helping them adapt classroom practice to diverse student needs, including students with disabilities or learning and adaptation difficulties. It uses a modular structure, letting students choose from two required courses and nine elective courses across four thematic blocks: classroom climate, supporting students with disabilities or adaptation difficulties (EHDAA), French-language orthopedagogy, and mathematics orthopedagogy. Courses are delivered in person during the week, in daytime and evening sessions, with a single Fall intake for Canadian applicants. It is intended for working teachers seeking targeted professional development rather than a first teaching credential.
