Human Resources Management Certificate

This certificate prepares students to work in human resources management or industrial relations. It builds skills in managing human resources and introduces the theoretical foundations of human resources management, covering topics such as staffing, training and labour relations practice within organizations. The 30-credit undergraduate programme, equivalent to about ten 3-credit courses, is delivered 100% online through Universite TELUQ, Quebec's distance-education university, allowing self-paced study through readings, assignments and tutor support rather than in-person lectures, with admission on a rolling basis rather than fixed intake dates. It suits students seeking a standalone credential in human resources or a foundation before further undergraduate study in business administration, and is accessible to applicants without prior HR-specific coursework, provided they meet the general admission conditions above.
