Objective(s) of a study programme:
To prepare modern sales managers capable of managing sales processes, building and developing customer relationships, making data-driven decisions, using digital technologies, solving practical sales problems, and continuously improving through lifelong learning.
Learning outcomes:
1. Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of finance, marketing, accounting, human resource management, and communication, and is able to apply them in practice.
2. Applies legal provisions and management knowledge to manage and improve management processes.
3. Organizes and conducts applied research using both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
4. Analyzes, synthesizes, and applies research data in organizational and professional activities.
5. Analyzes the market, consumer behavior, and competitive environment in order to make informed sales decisions.
6. Executes sales activities and evaluates their results, providing recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
7. Applies sales technologies within the context of organizational operations.
8. Applies professional ethics, quality management, and sustainability principles in the sales management process.
9. Communicates in writing and orally with specialists in various fields and representatives of groups on topics related to professional activities.

Activities of teaching and learning:
Focused on developing general and specific competencies and fostering creativity: lectures, seminars, discussions, individual and group project work, practical workshops, case studies, public presentation and defense of works, concept mapping, problem-based reading, preparation of scientific articles, information search and systematization, etc.
Methods of student achievement assessment:
The assessment of the program's learning outcomes is carried out throughout the semester and during the exam session using cumulative assessment. Study results during the semester are assessed through interim assessments: tests, individual and group project work, testing, case studies, information search and systematization, discussions, essays, independent creative tasks, seminars, coursework, internship reports, exams, and final thesis.

Distinctive features of a study programme:
The program combines sales psychology, digital solutions, and real business practices. Upon completion of their studies, graduates will be able to independently manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to building long-term relationships. Sales managers will have not only theoretical but also real practical skills, as the study process will include real projects with business companies, sales simulations, negotiation practice, and integrated practice in business organizations. The program focuses on a specific skill that is in high demand in the market – the ability to generate revenue and create long-term business value. Lectures are given by social partners from Lithuanian and foreign companies. Internships are carried out throughout the western region of Lithuania and abroad under the Erasmus+ program.
