BA/BS in Sales and Logistics Management

The programme develops management professionals able to plan, organise and control sales and logistics operations, including investment projects, market research and digital advertising campaigns, while building skills in information technology and business analysis. Core subjects include the theory of modern economics, customs and goods insurance, coding and identification systems for goods, integrated logistics, the operation of specialised terminals, transport logistics and administration, sales logistics, business law and the fundamentals of accounting. Three specialisation tracks are offered: marine transport logistics, covering maritime law, transport technology and port organisation; product distribution logistics, covering warehouse management and wholesale and retail trade; and sales management, covering advertising principles, e-sales and consumer-rights protection. Students learn to evaluate logistics processes, apply technological solutions for material flow, and make socially responsible decisions in line with professional ethics, communicating in Lithuanian and foreign languages. Three internships give practical exposure, and graduates are prepared to analyse sales and logistics operations and provide strategic direction within a company.
