Master of Science in Analytics

This coursework master's degree is run by the physical and mathematical sciences school at NTU and focuses on analytics, the practice of spotting patterns in data to support decisions. It is rooted in applied mathematics and is aimed at working professionals who want to use business analytics in their fields as well as recent graduates heading into data science careers. The programme teaches current data science techniques and applies them to commercial problems in business, finance and industry. Students can take a compact one-year route full-time or a two-year route part-time, and the coursework is taught across three semesters. Graduates are awarded the Master of Science in Analytics. A first degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering or computer science is preferred. Applicants from universities that did not teach in English are asked for a TOEFL or IELTS score, while a GMAT result and prior work in a related role (two years is preferred) are welcome but not required.
