Financial Planning Certificate of Achievement

The Financial Planning Certificate of Achievement is a four-course credential covering the core and advanced educational requirements toward the Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations. The curriculum is approved by FP Canada as a core and advanced curriculum provider, and successful completion also allows students to pursue a Mutual Funds License through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Courses are credit-bearing and can be transferred into the Financial Services Diploma programme. The certificate is completed over two terms, equivalent to approximately one academic year. Coursework focuses on financial planning principles, investment and insurance products, and regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services industry. Graduates gain a recognized pathway toward professional financial planning certification alongside practical, industry-aligned coursework.
