Visual Arts (Arts visuels, 510.A0) is a three-year pre-university diploma that develops students' creative and technical skills across drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, art history, and digital art. Students work with a dedicated teaching team on projects and exhibitions that let them develop and present their own artistic perspective. As a pre-university program, it prepares students primarily for university studies in fine arts, art history, design, or related fields rather than for direct entry to a technical occupation, though graduates can also move into work such as graphic design, photography, cultural mediation, art criticism, filmmaking, or gallery and cultural-sector roles. The program leads to a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and is delivered on campus with access to studio, digital-art, and exhibition facilities.
