Engineering Certificate

Admission Requirements: Admission follows the Engineering Certificate page in Coast Mountain College's catalogue. Required: English Studies 12 or English First Peoples 12 at a minimum grade of C, Pre-Calculus 12 at a minimum grade of C+, Chemistry 11, Physics 11, and one further academic Grade 12 science course (for example Anatomy and Physiology 12, Biology 12, Chemistry 12, Environmental Science 12, Geology 12, or Physics 12) or Calculus 12. Mature students with related work experience who lack these courses may apply through an Admissions Appeal. The program page does not state an English-language test requirement; English proficiency is required of every CMTN applicant under the institution's general admission requirements, which international applicants meet via an approved test or by completing English-medium senior secondary or post-secondary study, including a passing English 12.
