Requirements
Admission Requirements: The Engineering Transfer Certificate is an exit credential only, embedded in the Engineering Transfer Diploma; its own page states no separate admission test, and applicants are admitted to the Diploma before opting into the certificate. The Diploma requires a minimum 'C+' in English 12, a minimum 'B' in Pre-Calculus 12, a minimum 'C+' in Physics 12, and a minimum 'C+' in Chemistry 12 (candidates missing Chemistry 12 are reviewed case-by-case). Applicants transferring two or more courses in are generally ineligible for direct admission, and offers are ranked by GPA. Applicants must also meet VIU's General Admission Requirements for Academic Programs. No standardized English-proficiency test score is published on either page.
