Requirements

Minimum GPA: 65.00 / %
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or age 19 or older as a mature student, with six Grade 12 U or M courses averaging at least 65%, including Grade 12 U English (ENG4U) or Conestoga's Preparatory Communications for Degrees, and any Grade 12 U mathematics course or Conestoga's Preparatory Mathematics for Degrees, plus four further Grade 12 U or M courses. Conestoga states that higher averages are often required because of competition for available spaces, and that a sound English background is important for success. Graduates of relevant diploma or degree programs may apply with advanced standing, and applicants with prior post-secondary education are assessed individually. Canadian citizens and permanent residents with transcripts from outside Canada require a course-by-course credential evaluation; applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must demonstrate proficiency, but the programme page does not publish specific IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or similar score minimums.
