Cert in Mechanical Techniques - Millwright

Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or accepted equivalent, including Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U or equivalent), Grade 12 Mathematics (MAP4C, MCT4C, MDM4U, MGA4U, MCV4U, MCB4U or MHF4U or equivalent), and two further Grade 11 or Grade 12 C, M or U courses; mature-student status or college/university transfer status is accepted in place of the secondary-school route. The English-language requirement here is Humber's institution-wide English Language Proficiency Policy at the Certificates, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas band: IELTS Academic overall 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with a minimum of 20 in each skill, PTE Academic 53-57, Duolingo English Test 105 or above, or CAEL 60 overall. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident schooled outside Canada must have credentials assessed - ICAS course-by-course for a secondary transcript, WES for post-secondary study, particularly where transfer credit will be sought.
