Requirements

Admission Requirements: Domestic admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, with courses at the general, advanced, (C), (U) or (M) level, plus Grade 12 English at the (C) level or equivalent, or admission as a mature applicant; Grade 11 and 12 Mathematics (MCF3M and MCT4C) are recommended. The programme page sets no language score of its own and defers to Loyalist's institution-wide requirement for Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma programs applies: TOEFL 550 (paper-based) or 80 iBT with no section below 20, IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band below 6.0, CAEL overall 60 with a writing score of 60, Cambridge English C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency, Duolingo English Test 105 or above with no band below 90, or Oxford ELLT 6. No portfolio, interview, minimum GPA, age or other supplementary condition is stated for this programme.

Application Deadline: Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for programmes starting September 2027 the application opens 26 September 2026 (Loyalist's own page describes this loosely as "early October"), the equal-consideration date is 1 February 2027 - particularly important for competitive programmes - and later applications are assessed first-come, first-served while seats remain; offers must be accepted by 1 May 2027 with a tuition deposit due in June 2027. International applicants apply directly through Loyalist's International Application Service or an agent and are assessed on a rolling, individual basis; the college publishes no fixed international closing date, and each Letter of Acceptance states its own accept-and-pay deadline. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
