The Nursing - Honours Bachelor of Science is a four-year baccalaureate nursing degree delivered in person at Loyalist College's Belleville campus. Admission Requirements: Direct entry requires Grade 12 English (ENG4U or equivalent), Grade 12 Mathematics (MDM4Y, MCB4U, MCV4U or MHF4U), Grade 12 Chemistry (SCH4U or equivalent) and Grade 12 Biology (SBI4U or equivalent), each at a minimum of 75%, plus two further electives from the university-admissions-approved list at a minimum of 60% each, with all six courses averaging at least 75%. Graduates of Loyalist's Pre-Health Sciences Pathway or of a Practical Nursing diploma may also qualify through defined alternative routes. The programme page does not state its own English-language test scores; applicants whose first language is not English should meet Loyalist's general international-admissions proficiency requirement. Admission is highly competitive, so meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an offer. Before placements students need up-to-date immunization, valid Standard First Aid and CPR-HCP certification, a clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check, an N95 mask fit test, and the physical, mental and sensory capacity for classroom and clinical work.
