This program leads to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) through a second-entry route completed in six consecutive terms (two years), with theory courses delivered in hybrid format alongside in-person lab, simulation and practicum experience. The curriculum is concept-based, competency-driven and technology-focused, following a Strengths-Based program philosophy, and prepares graduates to meet current and future Registered Nursing practice requirements. Students entering with at least 60 university credit hours and defined prerequisites complete an additional 90 credit hours over the program. Transfer credit is not awarded for prior nursing coursework, and applicants who have already completed a nursing diploma or PN program are not considered due to curriculum requirements. Throughout the program, students have the opportunity to earn microcredentials in specialized nursing knowledge and skills. It suits students who already hold university-level prerequisite coursework and are aiming at a Registered Nurse career through an accelerated, post-degree entry route.
