The Mohawk College and McMaster University Medical Radiation Sciences (MRSc) Program is a collaborative diploma-degree program. MRSc program graduates are health care professionals who employ different kinds of radiation in diagnosis and therapy and are part of one of the fastest growing health care fields. In recent years innovations in information technology, digital imaging and instrumentation have made MRSc one of the most advanced, specialized and dynamic areas of health care today. This program will provide in depth training of technical, patient care and communication skills. The attainment of both an Ontario College Advanced Diploma and a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Sciences is achieved through a fully integrated program offered jointly through Mohawk College and McMaster University. This program will allow students to specialize in one of the health science disciplines of Radiography, Ultrasonography or Radiation Therapy.

Admission Requirements: This is the collaborative Mohawk-McMaster program, so it is a university application: apply to the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC), not through ontariocolleges.ca.
ACADEMIC ENTRY: six Grade 12 U or M courses, which must include English U, Advanced Functions U, Calculus and Vectors U, Biology U and Chemistry U, with one more U or M course to reach six.
Mohawk does not print the cut-off average or the application deadline on its own page - it sends applicants to McMaster University's admission-deadline and grade-range pages for both, and to McMaster's Registrar's Office for questions. Applicants whose first language is not English must show English proficiency; because this is a McMaster credential, use McMaster's standard rather than Mohawk's college-level table.

International applicants apply via OCAS's International Application Service on a per-intake deadline rather than one annual date: for January 2027 entry, applications opened February 2026 and the submission deadline is 1 November 2026; Mohawk had not yet published a deadline for the September 2027 intake as of this check. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
