Overview
Instruction blends classroom study with shop-based practice in furniture and cabinet design. Students examine the theoretical principles, concepts and design theories behind cabinetmaking before moving into the shop to construct cabinets and fine furniture pieces, applying design knowledge directly to building technique and craftsmanship.
