Sheridan College offers Honours Bachelor of Experiential Design, a honours degree in Applied Design programme in Oakville, Canada. The programme runs for 4 years, delivered in a hybrid format. Tuition for international students is CAD 23,959 per year (CAD 9,437 per year for local students).
The Honours Bachelor of Experiential Design is a four-year honours baccalaureate degree offered at Sheridan College's Trafalgar Campus in Oakville. The program combines graphic design, spatial design, technology and human-centred research to teach students how to create immersive, interactive, multi-sensory environments, covering areas such as wayfinding, placemaking, exhibition design and themed environments. Coursework blends theoretical study with practical, hands-on studio work intended to prepare graduates for design roles across entertainment, culture, hospitality, retail, transportation, healthcare and civic sectors. Students receive mentorship from practising experiential designers throughout the degree, intended to build professional networks and internship or employment opportunities with local, national and international organizations. The program sits alongside Sheridan's other design degrees, including Industrial Design, Interior Design, Game Design, Interaction Design and Illustration, drawing on the college's long-standing design faculty and industry connections. It suits students interested in a multidisciplinary design practice that extends beyond screens into physical and hybrid physical-digital spaces, particularly those aiming for careers in brand experience, exhibition or themed-environment design, or spatial storytelling more broadly.
