The Master of Theological Studies with a Concentration in Indigenous Studies (NAIITS) is an 18-course, two-year seminary program at Tyndale University offering a multidisciplinary understanding of Indigenous theology, history, and praxis. The program is delivered through NAIITS, an educational partner of Tyndale Seminary, in flexible and accessible formats that include online-hybrid course options, intensive summer courses providing face-to-face classroom experience, and wrap-around courses tied to the NAIITS Annual Symposium conference. Coursework combines the general Master of Theological Studies curriculum with content focused on Indigenous ministry contexts, as with other Tyndale Seminary concentrations that pair core theological coursework with concentration-specific study. The program is intended for students seeking to engage their ministry within an Indigenous context and is delivered through Tyndale Seminary in Toronto in partnership with NAIITS.
