Courses and research activities are delivered in person, in French, on the Montreal campus, with daytime scheduling, and the programme can be completed full-time or part-time. Admission requires a bachelor's degree in law or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, alongside a curriculum vitae, a letter of recommendation from someone able to assess the candidate's research aptitude, and a statement of up to three pages describing educational and professional objectives and the proposed research project.
