The Master's in Physiotherapy is a professional, 45-credit, non-thesis program completed in one year of full-time study (three trimesters) on the Montreal campus, forming the final stage of the combined Bachelor's-Master's continuum leading to licensure as a physiotherapist. It provides clinical training in evaluation, and in the selection and use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, for clients of all ages with complex health issues, through practical laboratories, role-play, and clinical-reasoning activities delivered in small groups. The program includes fifteen weeks of clinical internship across more than 100 affiliated clinical settings, with the possibility of international or Indigenous-community placements. It admits students already enrolled in the Bachelor's in Physiotherapy at Universite de Montreal, as well as practicing physiotherapists.
