This 90-credit Bachelor of Arts trains content creators to conceive, script, and produce works for television, digital platforms, and social media, bringing together the artistic, technical, narrative, and strategic dimensions of contemporary multiplatform creation. Coursework builds skills in screenwriting, production, editing, and content strategy across broadcast and digital-first formats, moving from single-platform television production toward projects designed for multiple screens and distribution channels at once. Students learn to plan a production from concept through to delivery, working with narrative and non-narrative forms and adapting content to the conventions of different platforms and audiences. A mandatory professional placement of at least 140 hours gives students hands-on experience in a media or production setting before graduation. The program is delivered full-time only, with admission in the fall term on the Montreal campus, and enrolment is capped at 40 places per year, with selection weighted toward a submitted media production over academic standing.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a Diplome d'etudes collegiales (DEC) or the equivalent.
