Gestion (Certificate)

The Specialized Certificate in Management (Certificat spécialisé en gestion) is a 30-credit undergraduate certificate at Université du Québec à Montréal designed for company personnel seeking targeted management training. It allows students to build knowledge and skills in general business management, or to apply them to a specific sector of activity, through a flexible course path with a broad selection of electives. The certificate admits candidates through three routes: holders of a Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) or the Quebec equivalent with a minimum R-score of 21; candidates aged 21 or older with appropriate background knowledge and at least two years of full-time work experience in a business setting; or candidates who have completed at least 12 university-level credits with a minimum cumulative average of 2.0 on a 4.3 scale. It can be completed full-time or part-time, with admission at the fall and winter terms. Candidates must demonstrate a satisfactory command of written and spoken French.
